What we collect
When you book a service or send a contact message, we store your name, phone number, email address, area, the purifier brand and model if you share it, the preferred visit slot, and the message you type. We also keep technician notes on the booking so the next visit has a history.
How we use it
We use this information to confirm visits, send a technician, reply to product enquiries, and improve the service log. We do not sell the list. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Booking and enquiry records stay in the admin desk so we can look up a previous repair. You can ask us to delete a record by emailing neetusingh19900101@gmail.com. We will remove the personal details unless we still need the bill for a warranty claim.
Access
Only Lakshmi Enterprises staff with an admin login can open bookings and enquiries. Tell us if you believe someone else has seen your booking.
